1) Select "Send to phone" from the download option dropdown box below |

2) Enter your phone number in the textbox provided, using the format +23480xxxx |
|
3) Select your Phone make/manufacturer from the dropdown box below to display
the list of phone models
|
|
4) Select your specific phone model from the list and click on the phone model |
|
5) A message will be sent to your phone, requesting that you click on it to download
the ZMobile application
|
|
6) Click on the message to download the ZMobile application to your phone. Please note that you require an active GPRS connection to download
the application, and that network GPRS charges will apply
|
|
7) If your phone GPRS has been enabled for browsing, then go to step 8 otherwise
select settings, SMS and click ok, yes or enter
|
|
8) Select Start and then supply your first name, last name and
mobile phone number to register the application online
|
|
9) The ZMobile application menu then comes up. The menu contains the following items:
Mobile banking, Other
services and Back
|

10) You can then enjoy our new card based ZMobile application

1) Select "Download to computer" from the download option dropdown box below |
|
2) Select your Phone make/manufacturer from the dropdown box below to display
the list of phone models
|

3) Select your specific phone model from the list displayed below and click on your
own phone model to download the ZMobile application file to your PC/Laptop
|
|
4) Save the file to a location on the PC or Laptop
|
|
5) Transfer the java file(ZMobile application file) from the PC to your mobile phone
via Bluetooth or infrared. This implies that the PC/Laptop and the mobile phone
must be Bluetooth/infrared enabled
|
|
6) Locate the downloaded java file on the phone and install it. The process varies
from one phone to another.
Most phones will install any application in its application folder
|
|
7) Select the installed ZMobile application icon on the phone and run the application |
|
8) If your phone GPRS has been enabled for browsing, then go to step 9 otherwise
